Must be at least 21 years of age to attend wine tasting classes. Tasting in each session.

The French wines of the Beaujolais region are made from handpicked Gamay grapes. The region is best known for its light red wines, which taste best slightly chilled, offering a refreshing flavor profile. Learn by tasting top-of-the-line Cru Beaujolais and just- released 2014 Nouveau. Beaujolais is the ideal companion for your holiday dinners.This special class is only offered once a year and will feature wines not easily found in stores as well as information where to buy. Unique tasting opportunity.

Please note: $15 Materials Fee is not paid at the time of registration. It is paid at class.

Taught by Dieter Schafer. The class takes place on two Wednesdays – December 3 and 10.
