reWine Barrels is excited to invite everyone in the wine, spirit, beer & cider industry to come join us to increase their knowledge about everything barrel. For those who don’t know; reWine Barrels is a barrel renewal company that also offers full cooperage services. We have successfully renewed over 10,000 barrels since 2009.
We are hoping you will join us at our 15,000 sq ft production facility for our Second Annual Open House and Barrel Education Series. In the afternoon we will be giving mini-seminars. Barrel care & maintenance will focus on leak repair; head, belly, & beetle bore (yes, they are in the valley) as well as how to efficiently open & close a barrel. We will also be presenting ways to create reliable cooperage tools at a fraction of retail cost. A few local friends from the industry will be on hand to answer questions about their products and services. Willamette Cross Flow (mobile filtration and contaminant removal), Laffort USA (yeasts & nutrients), Vintners Logistics (Logistics WA & OR), Portocork (closures), & Airgas (compressed gases supplier).
Our crew will be excited to give you a proper tour of our renewal facility and showcase the technology we use in the renewal process. There will be light snacks and beverages, please feel free to bring a bottle to open & showcase your product. We would love to have you join us for a casual afternoon of seminars, Q&A and an opportunity to learn from some of the best coopers in North America. Anyone is welcome who may benefit from our Barrel Education Series. We have fluent Spanish speaking coopers available to answer any questions for your Spanish speaking staff. We truly hope to see you Friday afternoon, 12pm-3pm on June 5th, 2015. Please see the itinerary below for the days schedule. Please let us know of any questions.
