2016 Wyckoff Chardonnay
Wyckoff farms is in the lower Yakima Valley north of the town of Prosser the vineyard was planted in the late 1970s. The site is a cooler site making for intense fruit and good acidity. As a winemaker this is one of if not my favorite sites for Chardonnay. The wine was barrel fermented stirred on the lees, for 3 months in a combination of new and used French and American oak barrels. The American oak barrels are specially coopered for Chardonnay. This is a perfect wine for the holiday season the crispness of this wine lends it a wide range of foods from turkey to your favorite hors d’oeuvres for the season.

2016 Sagemoor Chardonnay
One of the oldest vineyards in Washington State planting started in 1968 today Sagemoor has over 1,100 acres of grapes planted. Sagemoor Farms lies 10 miles north of the City of Pasco. The Vineyards are on bluffs overlooking the Columbia River with a southern exposure. This is a warm site as sites go in Washington State with natural cooling effect of the Columbia River. Being a warmer site, the wine is a bit softer with bigger mouth feel than the Chardonnay we make from Wyckoff vineyards in the Yakama Valley a cooler site. The wine was barrel fermented stirred on the lees, for 3 months in a combination of one and two year old French and American oak barrels. The American oak barrels are specially coopered for Chardonnay. This Chardonnay as well as the other Chardonnays we offer will be a great accompaniment with the Thanksgiving turkey or just by itself.

Our latest Rosé is a delicious sky-blue pink color and delivers a soft violet and fruit bouquet. Fresh raspberry and strawberry flavors on the palate with ripe red fruits plus hints of spicy minerals and flowers. It’s refreshing, deliciously crisp and bright with a clean, dry finish. All in all, a lighter bodied, dry and easy drinking wine.
Perfect for warm-weather picnics, lunch, dinner or a delicious glass just about anywhere.
Blaufränkisch (German for Blue Franc) is a dark-skinned variety of grape usually used for red wine. It’s a late-ripening variety and produces wines which exhibit a spicy character. We blended with some Syrah to round out a great mouthfeel.

2016 Duet White Wine
Varietals: Muscat, Pinot Gris and Riesling
Our 2016 Alsace style Field Blend consists of Muscat, Pinot Gris and Riesling, classic Alsace varietals. The grapes were grown in the Duet Vineyards so to honor their heritage, we named the wine after their home.
Heady peachy/apricot aromas with a hint of cumin! Ruby grapefruit jumps out on the palate and the glorious, unctuous mouthfeel does not disappoint with its earthy, smokiness. “Equilibre” in Alsace-speak. That means ‘rich’ and is so very fitting.
Pairing Suggestions: Salads, fruit, pear and Gorgonzola quiche, any white fish and gently spiced dishes.
Alcohol: 10.4% by volume
Cases Produced: 34
Retail Price: $18.75
